To better accommodate the needs of our customers who are converting to DOX,
we are making the following changes to our classroom training at the KSB facility:

   1) In-house classroom training will be limited to only staff members of one office.

   2) We will no longer publish dates for training classes. Instead, each office can
       coordinate a date that suits the needs of their practice.

   3) Since the class will be limited to only one practice, we can run a preconversion
       of the office’s data and use that data during the training session. This
       allows the staff and trainer to preview the converted data and address specific
       issues of the practice.

   4) The classroom fee is $275.00 per day per office, with no limit on the number of
       attendees. We recommend three days of training when converting to DOX.

Offices should convert to DOX within two weeks of the training session.
